The free-market grassroots group Americans for Prosperity today uncovered and questioned a $500,000 earmark sponsored by California Congressman Jerry Lewis that would be used to beautify a Washington, DC, Metrorail plaza just four blocks from where he and his wife apparently own a home valued (in 2006) at $943,290.
