Normally wikipedia admins are free to blank any talk page comments from non admins all they want and then claim they non-admins were child molestors, neo-nazis, trolls, serial killers, scientologists, vandals, taliban terrorists, space aliens, sock puppets, dolphins, or whatever they want to make up.

But eventually an admin will get a comment on their talk page they don't like and revert it thinking this guy's not an admin and well it was a mistake because it turns out it was an admin.

Maury Markowitz has been around Wikipedia forever, has been an admin since before most of these jerks were in high school, and is one of the most reasonable people on Wikipedia .... but he's not at all political, and doesn't follow-through. He seems genuinely to want to simply contribute, so he ends up letting crap like this go down in the end. Why he's still around is beyond me.
