What is with the new trend of sock puppets constantly talking to each other? This idea has been mentioned before, but as I last saw it briefly skimming through the latest Gary Weiss/Mantanmoreland sock Samiharris's contributions, I wanted to ask about it.

Now normal multiple users when communicating would show some signs of conflict, but when socks talk to each other they generally flood talk pages with basically saying they agree with their sock. No conflict, no revert wars, nothing... Just endless patting each other on the back.

SlimVirgin and Crum375 do the same thing, though, despite that WordBomb found their IPs 70.64.11.240 and 67.85.164.120 are from different locations, but still these two accounts do the same style of talking with each other.

Er... perhaps they're not sockpuppets? SV and Crum375 certainly aren't sockpuppets as well established moons ago.

Sockpuppets talk to each other like that because puppet masters realised that no conversation between editors with the same interests was a dead give away. Eventually this sort of self-congratulatory behaviour will stop as well, for the same reason.

Yeah but they still act like they are... or else like one constantly orally pleasures the other in real life.
