It looks like they removed Snidley from the image, although the discussion still references "Villianc.svg" by User:J.J. as one of the underlying sources of this "derivative work." Now this image has been put up for Commons:Deletion Request.

This fine addition to the sum of all human knowledge ("image is provided for educational/informational use"). How could it not be? Everyone, go vote keep in the AfD, otherwise it'll be orphaned and deleted. (Note to the humourless - this is what is technically known as "a joke" and not "off-wiki recruitment of meatpuppets".)

It's a candidate for moving to Commons so that all Wikiprojects can use it. It'll be very useful on the Japanese Wiktionary and the Afrikaans Wikiquote for example. And of course we can add it to other articles on Wikipedia - suggestions welcome.
