The Gary Weiss Wikishow put in this in the above article as part of his WP Jihad against Byrne:

QUOTE
The allegations had been raised publicly and in a lawsuit against Gradient by Overstock.com chief executive Patrick M. Byrne. In May 2007, it was revealed that the SEC had subpoenaed Byrne in May 2006, in connection with an investigation of the company.[15]

The last sentence has nothing to do with Jim Cramer or that section's topic. It was put in as a revenge rebuttal by Weiss during his Samiharris-Mantanmoreland sockshow.

Either take it out, or complete the thought with the recent dropping of that investigation.

...and, yes, the Jim Cramer article is still horrible. His detractors put in unsourced trivia (something about leopard pants being a bad investment, lol), his fans put in unsourced biography details about ice cream jobs.

Reference #25 is from a blog. "Seeking Alpha" hosts blogs written by...anyone. That blogster's opinion in that WP:WEIGHT abuse section about Cramer and "Bear Stearns" is mostly unsourced WP:OR. Ref #23 is also written by a blogster submitting to "mediabistro". #32 is from an online message board. Several more "references" are YouTube videos of Cramer performances. Which is fine if those videos weren't then being commented on (positively or negatively doesn't matter) in a WP:OR editorial fashion by the WP editor, and not a WP:RS. Some WP:RS articles do include YouTube video "evidence," which is fine, but posting a link to a youtube video in a WP article, then putting in commentary about it that is not supported by any WP:RS is WP:OR.

That is a BLP, folks, no matter how much you love him or hate him, a BLP calls for strictly, properly sourced material.
