However, Shankers' description is hardly encyclopedic:

English: Top dog rutting new bottom dog.

Well, there's plenty more where that came from....He has hundreds....

Maybe Shankbone's understanding of sexual relations is so limited, he thinks that these two are procreating, in the same way a farmer might stud a bull to a cow. "Animal husbandry" might make sense to him.

I'm wondering more about his photo of his chihuahua dog "posing" loose on the New York subway system, which is (of course) a violation of Section 1050.9 of the New York City Transit Authority. Several DIFFERENT users (I swear!) have tried to remove Shankbone's picture of his illegal act from the article Chihuahua (dog), but he just keeps ramming it back in there.

Sort of reminds me of the other picture we're talking about here.

This picture is in the "hand waving" category. And things could go very wrong...

Category added by an IP; Shankbone had categorized it correctly ("Sexual intercourse in humans"). The IP geolocates to VA if anyone feels the urge to play soopersleuth.

It's an AOL dialup IP ipt-dtca04.dial.aol.com. VA is the location of their corporate headquarters and for some reason many large US ISPs have a home office there. Geobytes says it geolocates to NYC. I'm not sure how they determined that, but it hardly matters. With the cheap long distance rates nowadays, you could dial in to any locale in the US from any other locale for chump change.

Is it Wikipedia's job to enforce NYC transit policy? Unlike with copyvios, I don't believe the publishing of a picture that somebody broke some local law in taking is itself a violation of the law, and the NYC transit authority has no jurisdiction over the Wikimedia offices or server location anyway.

Next time, could you please provide a warning for those of us who might open that up on a computer other than our own home computer?

Sorry, I assumed that everybody new what NSFW meant. That was a stupid assumption on my part. I'll edit the initial post.

Fiery did put "NSFW", which means "Not Safe For Work", but I suppose we should write that out in full.

Of course it's not Wikipedia's job to enforce NYC transit laws (wouldn't really call it "policy", since they do have cops who can use force to "correct" you). I didn't ask for that. It should be the Wikimedia Foundation's policy, though, not to encourage the breaking of laws, for no other reason than to self-promote and publicize one's pet. Were there not enough pictures of chihuahuas before Shankbone's masterpiece?

I will look forward to your response when other Wikipediots take Shankbone's cue and begin to photograph live shots to illustrate the articles about "Execution-style murder" or "Types of rape" or maybe even the famous "Pederasty". You'll probably tell us, "Well, THAT obviously crosses a line that the chihuahua didn't!" Of course. But, why? In the first place?
