Some of you may have encountered the "go jump in the lake" message when attempting to add inline images to your posts. This problem stems from an incident last year, where we discovered that homemade images could be used as a sort of spyware, so we restricted the hosting sites for images to the following list:

imageshack
wikipediareview
wikiphrenia
wikimedia
wikipedia
yimg.com
photobucket.com
flickr.com
xkcd.com
tinypic.com

edit: added Tinypic 2009/11/25 Selina

Note: you can easily upload your own images to ImageShack, which will then provide you with a URL which you can post to the Review.

Just FYI, it appears that Photobucket bought TinyPic, and started "disappearing" it.

If you do anything on TinyPic, it now acts as a Photobucket request.
The tinypic.com domain only works for the top page, all else is served
from photobucket.com.
