Looks like just another deletion scraper...? This one has a completely bogus slogan ("real content, real experts" - yeah, right) but other than that, it looks just like Deletionpedia and similar sites. (Though at least Deletionpedia has an identifiable host operator, whereas this one is cloaked.)
