Leave it to the University of Michigan to think that 250 respondents per company is a sufficient sample for a published study of consumer satisfaction.

Anyway, Wikipedia beats YouTube, Facebook, and MySpace, if you disregard margin of error.

Well, at least the article correctly identifies Wikipedia as a social media site, undoubtedly to the irritation of the Frei Kultur Kinder.
