Further to this post:

We have this:

Old TV magician appearing on popular entertainment show, someone adds to his bio that he's dead, the date of death removed only after more than an hour-and-a-half: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=...oldid=388183277 plenty of time for it to become Google 'truth', but even now at the time of posting, while the date-of-death has been removed, the past tense is still there, implying that the man is dead.

The current version is really no better:

Yes there was an earlier attempt on his WIki page to list him as dead also. Not reverted especially quickly either, and not by one of the trusty BLP patrollers either, just another new user: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=...oldid=388109545 Three-and-a-half hours that time, I would expect at least a thousand people have seen that 'Paul Daniels is dead', probably more, due to Wikipedia.

That blogspot page is at least clearly humorous, whereas the way that it appears on Wikipedia/Google makes it look like he is genuinely dead.
