A good idea in principle. The only way Wikipedia is going to get better is if more actually qualified people contribute.

I would amend that to read, "The only way Wikipedia is going to get better is if more actually qualified people contribute and more non-qualified people are made to leave.

I consider Jimbo Wales one of the most non-qualified people, for example.

That's pretty dangerously misleading. Peoplemight think that Wikipedia's medical articles really are written solely by doctors, scientists and medical students so are reliable.
