Interestingly, Jimmy claimed on Twitter recently that the claim that he hinted at a SA office was a "lie", although he was unable or unwilling to explain what about it was a lie.

The lie is any suggestion that the foundation would ever be caught dead putting major WMF offices a country where the women are all covered up, and they import their labor at very high prices, from the places where WMF could go directly to, instead.

The funnier thing is the idea of Saudis themselves getting their egos stroked with the self-evidently gonzo idea that somebody might want to come to their country for any reason except to get money, kiss royal rear ends, and then leave as soon as possible. yecch.gif

Yeah sure, WMF is coming to Saudi. Right after they become famous for their cheap food and housing, laid back bikini beaches, great wines, and open-pit pork barbecue.
