Given he's been around since 2005, that isn't that many edits a day on average. Unfortunately, he hasn't enabled the month count feature so we can't see if he's accelerating.

I would expect that GoodDay is using a custom, unregistered bot of some kind. Even the most insane
gnome can't make changes that fast.

There is no way to estimate how many bots like this are editing WP regularly. Perhaps tens of thousands.
And it is a major reason why WP articles are getting more and more incoherent and useless.
