Actually, I assumed the opposite. You became semi-inactive (posting only once in a while, not approving any new accounts) at the Wikipedia Review shortly after
you were blocked from Wikipedia.
I thought that you would begin actively posting again if you started editing Wikipedia again. Editing Wikipedia again would make you more interested in Wikipedia's internal affairs, which would result in you having more stuff to share at the WR. I thought that WR would start recovering after you became a Wikipedian again.
It's sad to see you lose faith and give up on Wikipedia, but perhaps it's for the better. Being involved in Wikipedia is stressful.
