Sorry to bump my own post, but I just wanted to make sure (in the swirl of Slimmack outings) that everybody's aware of this.

I get the impression the media is using phrases like "Wales is building" and "Wales is laying down the architecture", when in fact, he's just arranging for the purchase of another group's handiwork.
