I wonder what they mean by experts? Admins consider themselves experts Lol, but they have a point. Bush and Brown only get to be experts (a) by being voted and ( getting experience afterwards. And they say wikipedia isnt a democracy. And how are they going to authenticate people's identity. That's a real internet question, you can get 90% of peop,le to reveal their identity but in the internet 2007 the other 10% will fool you.
