Pretty close, but they got the wrong defendant.

We'll get there soon, folks. Just wait until a government body is embarrassed by actions taking place on an "Internet service provider" like Wikipedia. We'll get there soon.

I think the issue is different here. The Defendant is the state because under FOIA they have an obligation to disclose this information, even absent a showing of relevance in a substantive case. This is different that Sec. 230 in which an actual harm needs to be asserted before the issue of immunity needs to be raised.
