Talking about how a referee in the recently concluded Rugby World Cup who made bad decisions had his article protected from vandalism to prevent anyone from making him look bad. I am not sure if the author is trying to suggest that Wikipedia is in the wrong for protecting this guy, or whether they were very good for stopping him being made to look bad unfairly.
