Good article. The bits about how certain editors have mastered the menagerie of bureaucratic rules and regulatons is very apt. What it failed to address was the anarchy of the site; how there is no clear control. This too is noted by certain editors who seem to do what they like. As long as they have the support of a few editors and supporters they are free to do as they wish.

The article mentions going to Arbitration and the complexities of it. For a good example of what could happen to you if you applied to go to arbitration, have a look at 'The Troubles' Arbcom. It beggars description.
