Try h2g2 or everything2 or something non-wiki, you will like it far more than mediawiki

But... I'm confused. WikiHow is not Wikipedia. This article is misleading. He didn't use Wikipedia at all.

It would be Original Research to have such an article on Wikipedia and would not be allowed.
