Proving once again that there are many, many gullible people in the world who can be led to believe that it takes $10 million to run a website that actually costs about $1.4 million to run.

At least Charity Navigator is not so gullible -- awarding the Wikimedia Foundation only 2 out of 4 stars for operational efficiency.

I feel bad for the suckers who think giving a dollar to see that 34 cents of it actually gets spent on program services is something to applaud.
