How long before these guys get shut down by the WikiHorde? Or, will they slip in under the radar, since I can't fathom a more boring subject than municipal services in the western Abu Dhabi?

I'm sensing that Wikipedia already doesn't give a shit about the quality of these types of articles. I mean, just look at the paragraph formatting!
