Apparently there was about a 25% decrease in the size of the average donation this year from previous years.

How many "new donors" this time? Do they even track that kind of thing? I'm thinking one can define the "Ponzi Coefficient" for a charity, being the ratio of new_donor_dollars:old_donor_dollars...

Anyways, this is not to distract from the plain fact that any dollar given to these jokers is a dollar denied to cancer research or similar.
