I went and looked. Ereviewguide.com appears to be a failed attempt to crowdsource reviews of commercial software.
I was unable to find more than a few "salted" reviews on their site, none of which was especially critical or comprehensive--they look like press releases. For all I can tell, the whole thing is a scam put together by the BSA or software producers. (Adobe being the most likely culprit.)
And there is no mention of this "Wikipedia survival guide" anywhere on that side. Nor much of any mention of Wikipedia, anywhere.
Conclusion: spam. Poor quality spam, too.
