I wish that they hadn't used the word "hack". Hacking implies that someone with computer skills broke in, but the truth is that any moron can vandalize an article, and there's barely any real security to break. These articles don't have any real protection, and suggestions such as Flagged Revisions / Pending Changes will always be unacceptable to the Wikipedia culture.
