Dr. Larry Sanger, co-founder of Wikipedia, has created a competitor to his one-time child. Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia in which content comes from online contributors. The Citizendium first started as a project back in November of last year.
Just came across Citizendium today which is taking advantage of the problems of spam and altered reality at Wikipedia by positioning itself as being more accurate & accountable.
