The current letters section of the New Yorker has a retraction about Essjay. He admits he's only a high school graduate, if that, and also being very Hitlerian. Jimbo has no problems with this. Ahem.

Hey, wait a minute! Since when did the New Yorker start printing letters to the editor?
Daniel Brandt
I think he's referring to this. His description of the actual content on that page is inaccurate. It's about as useful as Wikipedia's biography of me. Coriaceous should stick with editing Wikipedia where he can get away with posts like this. The current issue of The New Yorker is still the March 5 issue, which is where this page shot came from.
